He examines how to set about defining a ?leadership narrative? for individual leaders, as well as identifying the ingredients of a compelling leadership story. The session will also provide an opportunity for participants to discuss the most effective mechanisms and channels through which leaders can get their message across while also listening to what the organisation has to say.
