McIlroy recovers from rugged start for 71

DUBLIN, Ohio (AP) ? Rory McIlroy went from the bunker to the water, walked across the pond to the drop area, then hit into another bunker. When he was done making a mess of the 12th hole at Muirfield Village, he had a quadruple-bogey 7 on his card and wondered if this was going to be another short week.

Thanks to the next 15 holes he played Thursday at the Memorial, he felt he was headed in the right direction.

McIlroy and Tiger Woods both overcame one bad hole to break par in the opening round on a tough, firm course that was just the way tournament founder Jack Nicklaus likes it.

Woods chopped his way to a double bogey on No. 18 in the middle of his round, but he birdied three of the par 5s and was solid for most of the sunny, pleasant day for a 2-under 70. McIlroy one-putted nine greens and chipped in for eagle on the par-5 fifth. A birdie on his last hole gave him a 71.

"It wasn't the start I wanted to get off to, being 4 over through three holes, especially after the last few weeks," McIlroy said. "I was just like, 'Here we go again.' But I hung in there well, and proud of myself for the way I just fought back. To finish the round under par, I thought was a really good effort."

The big winner among early starters was Muirfield Village. Under dry conditions, and with a few perilous pins, players were protecting par when they got the least bit out of position. Blake Adams, Andres Romero, Aaron Baddeley and Rory Sabbatini were atop the leaderboard at 69.

"You have to find the right parts of the green or else you're in for a long day," Adams said.

Woods and McIlroy both have hit a bad patch coming into the Memorial. Woods tied for 40th at the Masters and The Players Championship, and in between missed the cut at Quail Hollow for the worst three-tournament stretch of his PGA Tour career. McIlroy is coming off missed cuts at The Players and the BMW PGA Championship at Wentworth, which cost him the No. 1 ranking.

McIlroy conceded that he had not prepared properly for Wentworth, and vowed to get his game on track. He worked throughout the weekend on the range and in the gym, spent six hours practicing when he arrived at Muirfield, and then watched it all fall apart early in his round.

His long approach into the par-5 11th had too much movement to the left and tumbled into the water, and the 23-year-old from Northern Ireland had to scramble for par. And then came the par-3 12th, a hole that gave up only three birdies in the morning.

McIlroy caught a horrible lie in the back, his ball on a downward slope that made it difficult to stop on a green running away from him. It raced across the green, down the bank and into the water. Going to the drop area ? the forward tee for members ? he went into the front bunker, and then blasted out to 10 feet and took two putts for his 7.

"I had such an awkward stance, it was just hard to execute the shot," McIlroy said of the first bunker shot. "I flew it maybe a few yards too far and it went in the water on the other side."

How he managed to stay patient might have been his finest feat of the day, and his putter certainly saved him. McIlroy twice made 8-foot par putts, avoid a three-putt on the 18th with a 6-foot par putt and sprinkled in enough birdies to stay in the game.

The turning point came at the par-5 fifth, when he hooked his tee shot for the gallery. He cursed through clenched teeth, and holding his driver behind him, whacked himself in the back with the grip a couple of times. From the left rough, he played an aggressive fairway metal, low and hot and dead straight, avoiding the water down the left side of the fairway. The ball came up about 15 yards short of the green, and he pitched in for eagle.

"I see enough good shots out there to give me encouragement," McIlroy said, one eye toward his title defense in the U.S. Open in two weeks. "There's still a few that I don't like, but as long as the good ones are in there, then you see the positives."

He played with Luke Donald, who won at Wentworth to reclaim No. 1 in a back-and-forth battle with McIlroy. Donald also was saved by his putter in a scrappy round. He hit into the water off the tee at the 18th for double bogey, but made three tough pars from the bunkers on the 16th, 17th and first holes. Two of the par putts were from 10 feet, the other from 18 feet.

"Hopefully, that's my loose round out of the way," Donald said after a 71.

Woods has been struggling on the par 5s, though that wasn't a problem. The only one where he didn't make birdie came at the 11th, when he drilled a beautiful second shot that went just over the back of the green. He chipped weakly to about 8 feet and missed the putt.

The only big miscue for the four-time Memorial champion was on the 18th, when he blocked a 5-wood off the tee into the bunker, hooked that into a nasty patch of rough to the left of the green, came up short and into a bunker and couldn't get up-and-down.

"I didn't do anything great and I didn't do anything poorly," Wood said. "I was just very consistent. And I think with the golf course being the way it's set up, you just have to be that way. ... Over the next three days, hopefully I can play as well as I did today."

RABAT, Morocco (AP) ? Morocco's glittering Mawazine international music festival wraps up this weekend with performances by Mariah Carey and Lenny Kravitz, after nine days of showcasing the North African kingdom's cool factor ? even as dissident Moroccan musicians are imprisoned for their anti-establishment lyrics.

The 11-year-old "Rhythms of the World" festival in the capital Rabat has always highlighted Morocco's contradictions as the country spends millions to lure top world artists to perform at generally free concerts, while much the country remains mired in poverty.

In past years the festival has been attacked by Islamists for inviting gay performer Elton John in 2010 and by activists for the cost of attracting Shakira and other high profile acts in 2011, but this year the theme of protest is freedom of expression.

Just a week before the festival began, Human Rights Watch slammed Morocco for sentencing a rapper to a year in prison for lyrics deemed insulting to police ? a common theme in rap music elsewhere in the world.

"Morocco hosts one famous international music festival after another each spring, but meanwhile it imprisons one of its own singers solely because of lyrics and images that displease the authorities," Sarah Leah Whitson, Mideast director of the group said in a statement. "Morocco should be known as a haven for world music, not for locking up singers with a political message."

Moroccan rapper Mouad Belghouat, known as El-Haqed, or "The Enraged" was convicted on May 11 of "showing contempt" to public servants with his song "Dogs of the State" about police corruption. He is known for his political activism and vitriolic songs attacking social injustice, the monarchy and corruption.

A week later, dissident poet Youssef Belkhdim was convicted of attacking police ? a charge he denies ? at a sit-in he organized in support of Belghouat and sentenced to two years in prison.

The two men belonged to Morocco's pro-democracy February 20 movement that last year brought tens of thousands into the streets protesting corruption and calling for political reform.

The extravagant sums spent on the Mawazine have been a mainstay of the movement's slogans. Festival organizers maintain that the Mawazine's estimated $7 million price tag is worth it because it improves Morocco's image abroad and gives people at home access to music from around the world. The festival is funded largely by corporate sponsors with strong ties to the state.

"It's a celebration. It's a celebration of the city, a celebration of Morocco and it reflects a bit Morocco's good life to the world," said program director Mahmoud Lemseffer. "It is a vehicle to present the image of our country, of its hospitality and tolerance."

Tens of thousands attend each of the festival's eight venues which present Arabic music, Moroccan music, music from sub-Saharan Africa as well as international acts, which this year included Evanescence, the Scorpions, Gloria Gaynor, Nigel Kennedy and Jimmy Cliff.

Most of the acts have free sections open to the public and on Tuesday, families strolling along Rabat's Bouregreg river stopped to listen to Beninian songstress Angelique Kidjo belt out classics from South African diva Mariam Makebe and talk about the struggle against apartheid.

But for critics, there is irony in punishing artists at home while hosting international ones known for their support of freedom of expression. Lenny Kravitz, for instance, has striven in song after song to confront America's tortured attitude about race.

"I think that people should really say what they feel ? everybody has the right to speak their mind, you see how things change in places where people were once condemned," said Kravitz at a press conference Thursday when asked about politics in music. "When I was in Brazil a couple of years ago, I was talking with (musician and activist) Caetano Veloso who dealt with that same thing, who did jail time ? and now he has made a difference."

Salif Traore of the Ivorian band Magic System said that for African artists, speaking truth to power and freedom of expression is what their music is all about.

"We in Africa, we say that artists, musicians and singers are the eyes, ears, and mouths of the people," he told The Associated Press, when asked about his views on the El-Haqed case.

Rachid el-Belghiti, who heads a national anti-Mawazine campaign, also contests the government's assertion that it's supporting culture in Morocco with this festival, countering that it's really just about making the country look good abroad.

He said the Mawazine, which is run by a close confidant of King Mohammed VI, eats up the lion's share of corporate sponsorship so that little is left for other festivals around the country.

As millions are being spent to lure in big name acts, local theaters and dance schools around the country are closing down because of a lack of funding.

"A country which puts its artists in prison simply for expressing themselves with their voice or their instruments cannot pretend to support culture," he said. "That's impossible."

(AP) ? Iran and six world powers resumed talks Wednesday over Tehran's nuclear program, with the Iranians pushing for specific timetables and goals but Westerns leaders signaling they want more disclosures before offering rewards.

The push for milestones by Iran reflects apparent efforts to force concessions from the West on sanctions in exchange for gradually addressing international concerns over its nuclear ambitions. Tehran has tentatively agreed to allow U.N. inspectors to restart probes into a military base with suspected links to nuclear arms-related tests.

But no breakthrough accords are expected in the talks in Iraq's capital, suggesting that all sides are still shaping their strategies and the negotiation process is likely to be long.

That could allow U.S. and European allies to significantly tone down threats of military action. But it would likely bring objections from Israel, which claims that Iran is only trying to buy time to keep its nuclear fuel labs in full operation.

Tehran and Western diplomats alike hope to leave Baghdad with a clear framework for future talks and potential dealmaking, officials on both sides said. But neither side would identify any specific offers or benchmarks they wanted to see by the end of Wednesday's talks ? the second round after dialogue resumed last month in Istanbul.

The U.S. and allies fear Iran could use its nuclear expertise to build atomic weapons. Iran claims it only seeks nuclear reactors for energy and research.

The Obama administration has been vague about its immediate goals, with officials saying the talks will gauge Iran's seriousness and explore elements of a possible agreement. A Western diplomat in Baghdad said the talks will focus on "confidence-building measures" that Iran's nuclear program is only being used for peaceful purposes.

"This approach includes concrete step-by-step, reciprocal measures aimed at near-term action," the Western diplomat said, speaking on condition of anonymity to discuss the delicate process more candidly.

Washington has shown little willingness to bargain, despite a tentative agreement this week brokered by the International Atomic Energy Agency to inspect the Parchin military complex southeast of Tehran. That's where the U.N. believes Iran ran explosive tests in 2003 needed to set off a nuclear charge. Tehran says Parchin is not a nuclear site.

White House press secretary Jay Carney on Tuesday called the announcement a "step forward" and "a step in the right direction." But he stressed that the administration will "make judgments about Iran's behavior based on actions, not just promises or agreements."

Iran's top officials, including Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, have repeated said that Iran does not seek nuclear arms and have called such weapons against Islamic principles.

During a visit to western Iran on Wednesday, President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad evoked Khamenei's belief that "production and use of weapons of mass destruction is forbidden" by Islam.

"There is no room for these weapons in Iran's defense doctrine," he said at a gathering to commemorate victims of Iraqi chemical weapons during the 1980-88 war with Saddam Hussein's Iraq.

He claimed a "WMD-free world is honest and wish of the Islamic republic."

Negotiators from the U.S. and five other world powers arrived late Wednesday morning in Baghdad to build on discussions last month in Istanbul talks that were seen as an icebreaker more than a year after earlier talks collapsed, though no firm decisions were made.

Iranian diplomats, who arrived Monday in Baghdad, met with Iraqi Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki hours before the talks were to open.

Analyst Hassan Abedini, who is being briefed by Iran's delegation, said Tehran expects the U.S and other world powers to offer some concessions in return for the tentative agreement with the U.N.'s nuclear agency.

"Now the ball is in the (world powers') court to reciprocate it," Abedini said Wednesday.

He said Iran is demanding "a give-and-take approach," to the negotiations.

The Baghdad talks, involving the five permanent U.N. Security Council members plus Germany, could offer a test of how much the U.S. and allies are willing to bend from demands for Iran to halt all uranium enrichment and instead concentrate on just stopping the highest-grade production.

Iran is sticking to its right to enrich uranium as a signatory of U.N. nuclear treaties. The West and others fear the level of enrichment Iran is doing can be turned quickly into weapons-grade uranium.

At the heart of the debate are sanctions the West has placed on Iran to force it to the bargaining table ? particularly on a European Union decision to cut all crude oil imports from Iran that are set to take effect July 1. The 27-nation EU accounts for just 18 percent of Iran's total oil exports.

Earlier this week, the U.S. Senate backed proposals for further sanctions on Iran, including requiring companies listed on U.S. stock exchanges to disclose any Iran-related business. U.S. and European measures already have targeted Iran's oil exports ? its chief revenue source ? and effectively blocked the country from international banking networks.

Oil fell to a seven-month low near $91 a barrel Wednesday in Asia on hopes of progress in the talks.

Gemstone A gemstone or gem (generally known as a precious or semi-precious stone, or jewel) is a item of mineral, which, in cut and polished form, is required for making jewelry or any other adornments. However certain rocks, (like lapis lazuli) and organic materials (for instance amber or jet) are usually not minerals, but are still utilized for jewelry, and therefore are therefore often widely known as gemstones likewise. Most gemstones are hard, however, many soft minerals are employed in jewelry because of their lustre and other physical properties who have aesthetic value. Rarity is an additional characteristic that lends value to some gemstone. Besides jewelry, from earliest antiquity until the 19th century engraved gems and hardstone carvings for example cups were major luxury artistic representations; the carvings of Carl Fabergé were one more significant works during this tradition.

Pakistani doctor jailed for helping CIA find bin Laden

PESHAWAR, Pakistan (Reuters) - Pakistani authorities have sentenced a doctor accused of helping the CIA find Osama bin Laden to 33 years in jail on charges of treason, officials said, a move almost certain to further strain ties between Washington and Islamabad.

Shakil Afridi was accused of running a fake vaccination campaign, in which he collected DNA samples, that is believed to have helped the American intelligence agency track down bin Laden in a Pakistani town.

The al Qaeda chieftain was killed in a unilateral U.S. special forces raid in the town of Abbottabad in May last year.

"Dr Shakil has been sentenced to 33 years imprisonment and a fine of 320,000 Pakistani rupees ($3,477)," said Mohammad Nasir, a government official in the northwestern city of Peshawar, where the jail term will be served. He gave no further details.

Afridi is the first person to be sentenced by Pakistani authorities in the bin Laden case.

The sentence was handed down under tribal laws, which unlike the national penal code, do not carry the death penalty for treason.

U.S. officials were strongly critical of the sentencing.

"Without commenting on specific individuals, anyone who helped the United States find bin Laden was working against al Qaeda and not against Pakistan," said Pentagon spokesman George Little.

Bin Laden's long presence in Pakistan -- he was believed to have stayed there for years -- despite the worldwide manhunt for him raised suspicions in Washington that Pakistani intelligence officials may have sheltered him.

Pakistani officials deny this and say an intelligence gap enabled bin Laden to live here undetected.

No one has yet been charged for helping the al Qaeda leader take refuge in Pakistan. A government commission tasked with investigating how he managed to evade capture by Pakistani authorities for so long is widely accused of being ineffective.

Afridi's imprisonment will almost certainly anger ally Washington at a sensitive time, with both sides engaged in difficult talks over re-opening NATO supply routes to U.S.-led troops in Afghanistan.

Senior U.S. officials had made public appeals for Pakistan, a recipient of billions of dollars in American aid, to release Afridi, detained within weeks of the raid that killed bin Laden and strained ties with Islamabad.

In January, U.S. Defense Secretary Leon Panetta said in a television interview that Afridi and his team had been key in finding bin Laden, describing him as helpful and insisting the doctor had not committed treason or harmed Pakistan.

U.S. Congressman Dana Rohrabacher introduced legislation in February calling for Afridi to be granted American citizenship and said it was "shameful and unforgivable that our supposed allies" charged him.

VIOLATION OF SOVEREIGNTY

The U.S. raid that killed bin Laden in the garrison town of Abbottabad, just a few hours drive from the capital Islamabad, humiliated Pakistan's powerful military, which described the move as a violation of sovereignty.

Intelligence cooperation between the United States and Pakistan, vital for the fight against militancy, has subsequently been cut drastically.

Afridi's prison term could complicate efforts to break a deadlock in talks over the re-opening of land routes through Pakistan to U.S.-led NATO forces in Afghanistan, which are crucial for supplies.

Pakistan closed the supply routes, also seen as vital to the planned withdrawal of most foreign troops from Afghanistan before the end of 2014, in protest against last November's killing of 24 Pakistani soldiers in a NATO air attack along the Afghan border.

Afridi's case highlighted severe tensions between Pakistan and the United States.

He was arrested soon after bin Laden was killed, and has not been publicly heard of since. Seventeen health workers who worked with Afridi on the vaccination drive were fired in March, according to termination letters seen by Reuters, which described them as having acted "against the national interest".

On May 2, one year after bin Laden's death, some of them appeared at the site where bin Laden's run-down white cement and brick house stood before it was demolished by Pakistani authorities.

"He (Afridi) was very nice to all the people in the team and did his job very diligently," Naseem Bibi, one of the health workers told Reuters, holding one of the notices.

"Yes he was very interested in this house on that day (of the vaccination drive) but I am not sure why."

The sackings underscored Pakistan's lingering fury over the bin Laden affair, which exposed the military to rare public criticism, both because of the presence of the al Qaeda chief in the country, and the fact that U.S. special forces just swept in and out of the country and faced no resistance.

Housing market shows early signs of healing

AP

A sign of the times? Possibly, but housing has a long way back.

By Bill Briggs

A spring growth spurt continues to bloom in the housing market.

Existing-home sales rose 3.4 percent from March to April with tight supplies in markets like Miami helping to seed the rejuvenation, according to National Association of Realtors data released today.

Year over year, home sales were 10 percent higher in April while median home prices touched $177,400, a 10.1 percent spike from April 2011, the NAR said.

Of course, huge chunks of the housing market will appear sunnier when compared to the soggy early months of 2011 when, in cities like Miami, ?things were pretty rotten,? said Rich Green, an agent with Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate in Coral Gables, Fla.

?But, yeah, April was a pretty strong month here,? Green said. In Miami, the median sales price of existing homes reached $182,000 during the first quarter of 2012 compared to $166,000 during the same?quarter last year. ?The activity I?m getting off of 'sign calls' alone has maybe quadrupled. I?ve been doing this for 39 years so I could call that a good sign. I?m cautiously optimistic.?

As is Joel Naroff, a housing-market expert who heads Naroff Economic Advisors in Holland, Pa. Again, this is all about perspective --and how far sales still must climb?to regain their full, former vigor, he said. Existing homes were sold at an annual rate of?4.6 million? in April, compared with?4.2 million in April?2011.

?That level is still way below where we need to have a healthy housing market,? Naroff said. ?But it?s indicating a steady improvement. And the improvement now seems to be set -- it doesn't?look like it?s questionable anymore.?

Naroff said?as median home prices creep higher, that will start to ignite?the big question for scores of buyers:?Is this the right time to buy? As prices begin to firm and that information filters down to buyers, the "fence-sitters" will be enticed to make offers as well, especially with mortgage rates hovering near record lows.

?So you do have a situation where with improving sales and improving prices, the market is turning,? Naroff added.

Local rough patches remain scattered throughout the country. Stubborn price declines continue to dog sellers in places like Kingston, N.Y. (where median sales prices of existing homes fell 22 percent in the first quarter of 2012 compared to that quarter in 2011), Mobile, Ala. (down 14.7 percent), Jacksonville, Fla. (down 10.7 percent) and Atlanta (down 12 percent), according to NAR data.

A large overhang of homes in foreclosure or in danger of foreclosure are still sandbagging the market in many cities. Foreclosures?and short sales (homes sold for less than what is owed on the owner's mortgage) comprised 28 percent of the April sales (17 percent were foreclosures and 11 percent were short sales). But that was?down from 29 percent in March and 37 percent in April 2011, said the NAR, where analysts also contend that a "diminishing share of foreclosed property sales is helping home values."??

NAR cited Seattle, Phoenix, Washington, D.C., and Orange County, Calif., as?places where tight housing inventories are leading to "multiple biddings and escalating price conditions."?

In Atlanta, buyers are equally frustrated by an airtight inventory of nicer homes in better neighborhoods, especially in that city?s northern suburbs, said Kent Gipson, a Realtor with Keller Williams Realty First Atlanta.

?We have these same properties that people have been trying to sell for two to three years -- the usual suspects,? Gipson said, referring to less-desirable homes with no backyards, nearby highways or stucco walls.

?There?s a lack of good inventory here, and after four years of low interest rates, many homeowners have leveraged themselves so they can?t sell at market value,? Gipson said. ?People either can?t afford to sell or they aren?t willing to sell because they keep hearing the market is taking a beating.?

Mortgage rates have recently hit record lows, with the 30-year benchmark under 3.8 percent.

The median sales price for Atlanta homes dipped to $87,800 in the first quarter of 2012 compared to $99,800 during that same span one year ago, the NAR reported.

One of Gipson?s buyers has been hunting for his next Atlanta home for three years. He recently fell in love with a dwelling north of Atlanta?s downtown that was listed at $370,000.

The home grabbed 46 offers in two days. Gipson?s buyer bid $500,000 and didn?t make the cut.

?It was,? Gipson said, ?a riot scene out at that place.?

CNBC's Diana Olick reports April's existing home sales are up 3.4%, and explains the details surrounding April's median home price.

Advice For Planning A Home Improvement Project | Sharing ...

When doing a DIY home improvement project, put safety first. Make sure you wear protective equipment such as a hard hat and goggles when needed. Use power tools (especially ones you are not familiar with) with extreme caution. Read the directions and ask for help when needed. Home improvement stores are a great resource of information.

Improve your home in an environmentally friendly way by adding weatherstripping to keep your doors and windows from leaking warm or cool air. Not only does making your home weatherproof benefit the environment, it also helps to put many of your hard earned dollars back in your wallet.

Never underestimate your home-improvement project. Prior to starting, make a list of the necessary steps that must be followed, and have it reviewed by someone who is more knowledgeable than you to make sure there are no missing steps. Overestimate the time needed to complete the project in case there are any unforeseen complications.

If you are in need of space in your bathroom, you know that the two things taking it up are usually the bathtub and the sink. Opt to install a pedestal sink in a small bathroom instead of one with cabinets on the bottom. It not only gives your bathroom an expensive appearance, but also frees up much needed space.

Use semi-gloss paint on trim or moldings and high humidity areas. Semi-gloss paint looks fantastic on trim and moldings, as it really draws attention to the detail. It can also be used on bathroom and kitchen walls, as it is very resistant to humidity, and withstand stains. Be careful to only use gloss paint on a really smooth surface, as imperfections will be highly visible. That being said, it is the easiest of all paint finishes to clean.

If you have an unfinished basement or attic then that will be the best place to put your home improvement money. The added living space can be included on the square footage of your house, and you will enjoy being able to use it as another room. Create a playroom for your kids, or a man cave for the gentleman of the house.

Learn how to test a circuit breaker using a voltage tester. You will be able to save on fees charged by electricians if you can do it yourself. Use a voltage tester to check the circuit breaker to see if it is working correctly. The tester will tell you if the breaker is getting power to it. If the breaker is not working appropriately, you will need to replace it.

If you are suffering the wrath of owning a small bedroom, you can create an optical illusion making it seem larger than it is. Repainting your room in light green or blue can create a feeling of more ?space?. You can also incorporate colors such as off white or beige, but they won?t feel as comfortable or warm as the other colors would.

When you have a deck on your home there are some things to look for to tell when it is time to make some well deserved repairs. Look for uneven boards on the surface or cracks in the wood, look for dry rot on the deck, and last but not least look for uneven nails and screws.

Now that you have learned some helpful tips and information about home improvement, you are ready to get out your tools and take on the challenge of improving your home. Take your time and carefully consider what you are doing and you will appreciate all of the work you have done when it is complete.

Hands-on with the Electric Imp at Maker Faire (video)

Yesterday at Maker Faire Bay Area 2012 we visited the Electric Imp booth to chat with the startup's founders and get some hands-on time with the tiny wireless computer. What is the Electric Imp? It's a module containing an ARM Cortex M3 SoC with embedded WiFi that's built into an SD card form factor. While the device looks just like and SD card, it's not pin-compatible with the standard -- the idea is to leverage a reliable and affordable connector for the Electric Imp. The module is not very useful on its own -- it only comes to life when inserted into one of several boards, which provide the Electric Imp with power and access to the real world. In turn the device gives these boards a brain and an Internet connection. Eventually the company hopes that appliance manufacturers will incorporate Electric Imp slots into products to make them network aware.

We talked with CEO Hugo Fiennes (formerly with Apple) about the past, present and future of the Electric Imp so hit the break to read more and to watch our hands-on video.

Are You Allowing The Gurus To Steal Money From You....Want t? beat the gurus ?t the?r ?wn game?

As an affiliate marketer, ??u m?y or ma? n?t realize th?t wh?le y?u ?re earning commissions fr?m selling ?ert?in products, th? gurus who's product you promote ar? also earning profits. You ?re sending traffic t? th??r websites, right? What ??u pr?babl? are not aware ?s this; You're a?tually assisting th? gurus' build their prospect list and their buyers list!

You ar? actu?lly finding prime prospects and customers ?nd handing them over, and the gurus ar? selling t? th?m ag?in and aga?n (sale aft?r sale), long ?ft?r y?u're forgotten and moved on. If you know how, ?ou c?n earn commissions plu? help build ??ur own business at th? ?am? time. Stop allowing the HOGS t? steal money fr?m you.

But wh?t if YOU ??uld turn the tables and kee? all tho?e repeat sales yourself?

There is ? n?w secret technique I h?v? never ???n us?d befor? that do?? ?xactl? that f?r you...it's brilliant and NO affiliate marketer ?hould be with?ut it. My private inner circle knows th?s secret. I w?nt you t? know ?t too.

Listen up. The FIX is in! A Guru secret ?ou d?dn't kn?w existed.

Naturally, mo?t ?f th? big product launch Gurus ?re in total communication with ??ch oth?r ?nd usu?lly schedule th?ir product launches on dates that won't overlap their buddy's product launch. Some of th??e guys ?r? part of a private "buddy" club that dominates ? large part ?f th? Internet Marketing community.

They ?re ver? careful ?bout scheduling product launches ?? NOT to step ?n ???h other's toes. Then in betw??n their product launches th?y promote ?ther company products for big commissions.

It's beneficial because they c?n promote th?ir product plus promote each other's product u?ing th?ir ?wn list; thu? suck ?ven more money from th? flock. Make sense? They systematically suck ?s much cash from th? FLOCK ?s humanly ?os??ble ?nd on ? consistent basis. Are ??u mad yet?

All of th?se marketing campaigns ?r? not random events - it's ?ll carefully planned ?nd choreographed ?s much ?? possible.

Flock = desperate "unsuspecting" Internet Marketing Dreamers.

If y?u've not been living in a cave, then you've obv??usly noticed what the "Gurus" ?nd the?r followers ?r? calling ?uch events; PRODUCT LAUNCHES, right? This method th? Gurus (Hogs) u?? ?? r?ally not a n?w trick - ?t'? b??n ?round f?r years in ?ther aspects ?f business.

This ?? how ?t works. An alliance ?f ?everal "Gurus" ?re formed - ?ll w?th massive lists. These massive lists w?ll hold millions ?f ?eri?us buyers ?f Internet Marketing products. In ??rt??n circles this w?uld be called an industry MONOPOLY - ?nd it ??uld b? deemed ?? unfair, unethical ?nd possibly illegal.

Does th? term "Birds of feather flock together" sound familiar?

Ever wonder why most ?f th? large launch products (courses) are priced the same? Usually ?b?ut $1,997. Could thi? be price fixing? hmmmm... let'? not th?nk evil thoughts here. (smile) Magical, huh? Coincidental?

No matter what y?u think... it is qu?t? ingenious, don't ??u think?

Again, th?r? ?s noth?ng wrong with earning profits, but when ?s ?n?ugh - enough? The flock b?c?mes nothing but useful paying idiots to th? Gurus. Sure, th? Gurus say they ?pprec?at? the?r "sheep-like" customers - but do the? really? I me?n d?es "he" r?ally care ?f ??u build ? multi-million dollar business l?k? his? hmmmm... I think not.

I d?n't hav? th? power t? stop th? gravy train f?r the HOGS - and I wouldn't want to, but I ?an at l???t warn people b?f?r? th?y fall prey to the?r traps. Most ?f thes? HOGS quickly gouge unsuspecting prospects becaus? they d? not kn?w how long the people (sheep) w?ll buy into th??r Bull Crap.
