Gail Marie Cousens, age 61, a resident of Albuquerque, NM since 1984, was born in Miami, FL on November 30, 1950. She passed away peacefully in her home on Tuesday, February 21, 2012 surrounded by her loved ones. Gail was a beloved mother, daughter, sister, grandmother, niece and aunt. She will be greatly missed and lovingly remembered. She is survived by her children Jamie Cousens of Albuquerque, NM; Emily Moya and husband, Robert of Albuquerque, NM; grandchildren, James and Lillian Moya; her parents John Henry and Betty Watts of Melbourne, FL; brother Hank Watts and wife, Kris of Melbourne, FL; sister Jamie Bednarski and husband, Joseph of Albuquerque, NM; brother Andrew Watts and wife, Elizabeth of Brooklyn, NY; brother Jeffrey Watts and wife, Jeanette of Hornsby, Australia; sister Michele Watts of Boynton Beach, FL; numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins. Gail was preceded in death by her husband, James Cousens. Gail had a passion for cooking and entertaining. She enjoyed shopping and spending time with her grandchildren and family. For those who wish, memorial contributions may be made to a hospice facility or breast cancer research.
