Bake at 375 for 25 to 30 minutes or until lightly browned. HEALTHY MUFFINS CARB FRENCH TOAST nonstick cooking 1 1 / 2 cups egg substitute 1 / 2 cup nonfathalf and half cream
1 teaspoon cinnamon 3 tablespoons Splendagranular
2 tablespoons ground flaxseed 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 6 slices whole wheat bread, cut into pieces Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray muffin pan with cooking spray. In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients except bread pieces. Gently fold in the bread. Let stand 5 minutes to soak the bread pieces. Divide mixture evenly between molds, overfilling slightly.
